Visitor Interactivity Tools

  • Increase engagement at any event
  • Heart things they like
  • Raise a virtual hand
  • Access guide and speaker bio info

A campus visit is like a first date.

Prospective students have viewed your online profile. They’ve made time to meet in person and see if they want to spend the next few years with you.

What would you think and remember if your date only talked about themselves for two hours?

5

Two-way communication

in-tour question text box

People hesitate to ask questions in large groups, but with our solutions, engagement skyrockets.

Plus, guest comments and questions are automatically translated, which eliminates language barriers for every event!

Personalized Transcript
for Each Guest

The user taps the photo icon to see the picture they took at that moment, then they tap the conversation bubbles to see what question they asked about whether the meal plan vouchers worked at that location, and then they tap the heart icon to see the text of what was said when they tapped the like button

We help you help your visitors manage information overload and remember details about their visit.

Guests can receive the event transcript in their own language along with their personalized annotations noting what they liked, what questions they asked, what notes they took, who their guide was, and with details that were shared during the presentation or tour. See an example here.

Colleges can use these insights for personalizing follow-up with prospective families. And the transcripts are fully editable by your school.

  1. Pre-tour rank
  2. Post-tour rank
  3. Overall tour rating
  4. Open-ended feedback

Photos and a Visit Album

Tour photos page taken by a tour participant

Worth a thousand words

Pictures of campus visits get lost in a phone album, forgotten, or confused with other campus visits when families visit multiple schools across a few days.

Students will build lasting memories on your campus. Our album helps get them started.

We protect privacy, so each guest’s photos are viewable only to them.

A Map of their Tour

Where'd we go?

Your guests can easily remember where they went on their tour, what they liked, and where they took photos.

It’s easier to feel like you belong when you know where you’ve been.

Schools can use these insights to personalize follow up and improve tour routes. And it only uses the tour guide’s phone location with permission, never your guests’ location.

No app or special hardware required.

Costs less than swag, food, and color printing.

Setup takes less than ten minutes.

Campus Pro Tours isn’t a virtual tour or a self-directed tour.

It’s the first and only solution that makes in-person guided tours more accessible for everyone using real-time transcription and translation of the guide’s narration delivered instantly to every guest’s device. We use the same transcription technology as NASA to make sure your visitors never miss a word.

Campus Pro Talks takes every live presentation to the next level.

Just like with Campus Pro Tours, attendees can ‘heart’ things they like, take notes or photos for themselves, raise a hand, submit a question to the speaker and get the entire talk transcript emailed after the presentation.

Use it to provide closed captioning or engagement for any talk, presentation, lecture, info session, class, and more!

A Great Experience for Prospective Students

Live Transcripts

A live transcript of their guide or speaker's narration on each guest's phone ensures accessibility for visitors who are deaf or hard of hearing and makes sure tour participants and attendees don't miss a thing. Visitors can receive the full transcript after the tour.

Learn What they Love

Prospective students, their families, and other attendees can make note of what they love during the tour or talk using the "like" button. When they receive the transcript, they can easily see and remember what they loved. For Talks, campuses can decide whether to send a transcript.

Instant Connection

Visitors can instantly get their guide's attention during the tour to ask questions or send comments. Because most guests don't remember what they hear, visitors also see their guide's name, major, and hometown. For talks, the campus decides how the audience engages.

Lasting Memories

Visitors can access their phone's camera directly from the Campus Pro Tours UI so that they remember more of the experience and can view the photos they took of the campus while on their tour. For Talks, campuses can disable photos if they wish.

How Campus Pro Events Work

The speaker logs in on their device, starts a Tour or Talk session, and shares the unique event QR code with the participants.

After scanning the code on their mobile device to join the event, participants provide their name, email, and select from over 130 languages.

As the event begins, the guide/speaker’s phone converts their narration to text and participants are able to see the live, scrollable transcription on their devices.

four icons arranged in two rows of two - a heart, a camera, a raised hand and conversation bubbles.

During the event, visitors tap to “like” things they hear, raise their hand to get the guide’s attention, send questions to the speaker, or access their camera to capture a memory.

When the event ends, visitors rate the event, update their ranking if it’s a tour, share feedback for the admissions office, and confirm their email to receive a link to the tour transcript.

Admissions staff have access to the event database with all transcripts, questions, feedback, and annotations in order to improve events and follow-up with prospective students.
